                <description>
                    <para>Soil samples were dried in a laminar flow cabinet. From each sample, 1 g of soil was serial diluted in sterile distilled water and different dilutions were plate in a variety of agar media. After incubation (aprox. 7 d, at room temperature), the plates were examined with the aid of a steromicroscope and pure cultures were made for each morphology observed. Pure cultures were individually stored and processed for identification by means of molecular data and phylogenetic analyses.</para>
