            <para>This dataset contains the 2021 Norwegian Red List of vascular plants, which assesses the extinction risk of native plant species in mainland Norway. The assessment follows the IUCN Red List criteria adapted for national use and provides a scientifically grounded basis for conservation policy, biodiversity monitoring, and habitat management.
