Data on stone crayfish occurrence in Kustošak Stream in City of Zagreb collected through the student project "Stone crayfish-Kustošak 2021" and stone crayfish occurrence in the Nature Park Žumberak-Samoborsko Gorje collected through the student projects "Žumberak 2020" and "Žumberak 2021".
